The first buyers have now taken the keys to their condos at the 60-story Paramount Miami Worldcenter, developers have announced.
90 percent of the building’s 569 residences have been pre-sold to buyers from 56 countries, ranging from Azerbaijan to China. Total presales are $500 million.

450,000 – The number of square feet of glass used during the construction of Paramount, the equivalent of 10 full acres.
$350,000 – The price to own one of Paramount Miami Worldcenter’s 26 luxury poolside bungalows. Sitting 90 feet above the ground on the Upper Deck amenity level, each of the 26 cabanas measures 227 square feet and includes an entertainment area, a living room, a bar, a bathroom with a shower, and a rooftop terrace. The bungalows are solely available for purchase by Paramount Miami Worldcenter homeowners.
30,000 – The number of cubic yards of concrete used in the construction of Paramount Miami Worldcenter, along with 13,000 tons of steel.
