Project Marks Milestone for City of Fort Lauderdale
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.—October 17, 2016--For the first time in more than a decade, a luxury residential condominium project has risen into the sky on Fort Lauderdale Beach. Today, the PARAMOUNT Fort Lauderdale Beach development team will join the construction team and city officials to celebrate the topping off of the 18-story, 95-residence luxury tower.
The team broke ground on the project in December 2014 and the oceanfront development will be delivered to residents in the summer.

We now look forward to focusing on interior unit completion and our expansive pool deck.”
With its prime location and unbeatable amenities, PARAMOUNT Fort Lauderdale Beach is now 85 percent sold. There are currently two remaining two-bedroom units offering stunning ocean views. These residences are 1,910 square feet indoors with 545 square feet of balcony space, large enough for a full dining table and outdoor living room area. Prices for those begin at $1.65 million. Additional three- and four- bedroom residences reach 2,626 to 3,474 square feet and begin at $1.7 million. One remaining custom-designed penthouse priced at $9 million is also available.
