The greatest burst of excitement to hit downtown Fort Lauderdale in a decade — 100 Las Olas — was the topic of conversation recently on Luxury Lifestyles, NBC 6 South Florida’s Lifestyle and Entertainment Show.
OneWorld Properties CEO Peggy Fucci, the project’s exclusive sales and marketing agent, gave Victoria Randolph the lowdown on the 46-level condominium tower that will be the tallest building in the city.
“This property really marks the entire revitalization of what Las Olas Boulevard is going to be,” says Peggy. “People want to move inward to the city. They want to be able to have the walkability.”
She says buyers include empty nesters from the western suburbs who are looking to downsize and be where the action is downtown, second-home buyers from the Northeast and Midwest, and international buyers who, as prices rise in Miami, are looking for opportunities farther north.
The building broke ground last spring. Buyers will be able to move into their residences in fall 2019.
Located at 100 Las Olas Blvd., the 499-foot-tall tower will feature 121 luxury residences, a 238-room Hyatt Centric hotel, two restaurants, bars and exclusive amenities.
Peggy praised the commitment of developer Kolter Group and the City of Fort Lauderdale to bringing a world-class project to the market.
The 100 Las Olas Sales Gallery is open 10-6 Monday-Saturday and 12-5 Sunday, 200 E. Las Olas Blvd., Suite 150, Fort Lauderdale, 954.800.6263, OneHundredLasOlas.com.
