100 Las Olas sales gallery to open in heart of Fort Lauderdale

The OneWorld Properties team is thrilled to start selling residences this weekend at 100 Las Olas, the tower that will transform the Fort Lauderdale skyline.

The Kolter Group is developing the 499-foot, 46-level building destined to become downtown Fort Lauderdale’s tallest building and first condominium project in a decade.

“There has been a lot of buzz surrounding this project already as people are so excited for a new residential experience in downtown Las Olas,” said Peggy Fucci, OneWorld Properties CEO.

She said the project is ideal for people who want to live within walking distance of Las Olas’ shops and restaurants. “The hottest amenity, to me, is the walkability factor. People want to be mobile, not sitting in traffic as much.”

OneWorld Properties is the exclusive sales and marketing agent for the 121 luxurious residences.

“We have a proven track record of marketing South Florida’s most impressive developments, and 100 Las Olas fits in just perfectly,” Peggy said. “This world-class building will enhance the major resurgence that Las Olas is undergoing, and we are proud to have been chosen to represent the project by The Kolter Group.”

The project will also feature a 238-room hotel with ballroom, meeting rooms, pool and fitness center on levels 8-15, garage on levels 2-7 and 8,500 square feet of retail and fine dining on level 1.

“100 Las Olas is the latest in a series of great projects that is transforming Fort Lauderdale into a vibrant live, work, play community. We anticipate great demand for a signature project such as this in what is one of Florida’s most aspirational neighborhoods,” said Bob Vail, Kolter Urban president.

“The Kolter Group is pleased to partner with OneWorld Properties as the exclusive sales agent for 100 Las Olas. Their knowledge of the market, experience and professionalism is certain to spell success for the project.”

OneWorld has sold more than 2,500 units in South Florida, generating over $3 billion.

Palm Beach County-based Kolter has project investments valued over $12 billion and is developing properties in more than 40 locations throughout the southeastern United States.

The 100 Las Olas residences will occupy levels 17-46, with resident-only amenities on the 16th level, including a resort-style pool, cabanas, fitness center, news lounge with daily beverage service, and club room with catering kitchen, bar, formal seating areas, custom audio system and expansive outdoor plaza.

The Decorators Unlimited’s Bob Martin designed four floor plans:

*Residence A: 2,395 interior square feet with two bedrooms plus den and 2.5 bathrooms and 500 exterior square feet.

*Residence B: 1,501 interior square feet with two bedrooms plus den and 2.5 bathrooms and 310 exterior square feet.

*Residence C: 2,964 interior square feet with three bedrooms plus den and 3.5 bathrooms and 558 exterior square feet.

*Residence D: 1,867 square feet with two bedrooms plus den and 3 bathrooms and 544 exterior square feet.

The energy-efficient residences feature contemporary open great rooms, gourmet kitchens and expansive terraces with glass railings offering skyline views.

The main living areas have premium large format porcelain tile and floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors.

Owners choose their kitchen and bath finishes from Nolte cabinets and quartz countertops, Jenn-Air Euro stainless steel built-in appliances, and Grohe and Kohler plumbing fixtures.

SB Architects designed the sleek steel and glass tower with curved geometric shapes and Simeone Deary Design Group the residential and hotel common areas with 24-hour security and controlled access at all entry and exit points.

Construction is slated to start this spring at Las Olas Boulevard and SE 1st Avenue one block from the New River. The building is expected to open in fall 2019.

Unit prices range from the $800,000s to over $2 million.

The sales gallery opens Saturday at 200 E. Las Olas Blvd., Suite 150, in downtown Fort Lauderdale. Hours will be 10-6 Monday-Saturday and 12-5 Sundays. For more information, call 954.800.6263 or visit OneHundredLasOlas.com.
