Both PARAMOUNT projects reach sales milestones

As the exclusive brokerage for both PARAMOUNT residential towers under construction in South Florida, OneWorld Properties is elated that both achieved recent sales milestones.

PARAMOUNT Miami Worldcenter reached more than $270 million in sales while PARAMOUNT Fort Lauderdale Beach sold two penthouses.

PARAMOUNT Miami Worldcenter will boast more than 40 private amenities, the most in the United States and possibly the world.

Sales continue to climb for the 60-story, 513-unit ultra-luxury condominium tower in downtown Miami.

Domestic demand has been increasing. Buyers now hail from 10 states, including Florida, New York, New Jersey, Texas, Massachusetts, California, New Mexico, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Virginia.

That’s in addition to buyers from more than 37 countries including China, Brazil, Venezuela, Turkey, Russia, Argentina and Colombia.

A recent independent report by ISG World, which was cited heavily by local media outlets, highlighted the impressive sales figures at PARAMOUNT Miami Worldcenter in the last quarter.

ISG World’s market update also indicated overall Miami sales picked up in the first quarter and that the second quarter is off to a better start, largely because the U.S. dollar has devaluated about 20 percent against foreign currencies since the start of the year.

“The record pace at which our buyers are submitting their third deposits is a true testament to the strength of our buyer pool and indicates there’s clearly a pent-up appetite for resort-style living in an urban setting,” says OneWorld Properties President and CEO Peggy Fucci.

“The extraordinary demand we’ve recently experienced certainly stands out amongst the prevailing sentiment in the market.”

The private amenity deck, spanning 90 feet above downtown Miami, will feature soccer fields, tennis courts, a boxing studio, gym, pool, spa and jam room.

“It’s the new center of Miami, with all the components of luxury living with the best amenities available in any price range,” added Kayce Driscoll, Realtor Associate with Douglas Elliman, who has sold more than 10 units at PARAMOUNT Miami Worldcenter.

“Today, people want walkability, convenience and the luxury of space within their unit. These floor plans are the best in town and the prices are really competitive relative to what they get in amenities. It can’t be beat.”

The residences will range in size from 1,180 to 2,350 square feet, with prices averaging $700 per square foot.

Following the project’s March groundbreaking celebration, general contractor CoastalTishman continues digging the foundation for the massive glass-clad tower designed by Elkus Manfredi Architects in collaboration with PARAMOUNT Miami Worldcenter’s in-house design team. The project is expected to go vertical in late summer of this year with completion anticipated in late 2018.

Residents will also be an elevator ride and footsteps away from Miami Worldcenter open-air retail destination with a pedestrian-only shopping promenade and public plaza for community events as well as Miami Heat games at American Airlines Arena, performances at Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts and exhibits at the Perez Art Museum of Miami and Patricia and Phillip Frost Museum of Science under construction.

Located at 10th Street and NE 2nd Avenue,  it’ll be a mere Metro ride from the airport or train ride from Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach and Orlando.

“These figures reinforce a positive outlook for Miami residential developments that are well positioned and are distinguished from the slate of new offerings in the marketplace,” says developer Daniel Kodsi.

“PARAMOUNT is a place to call home. With our spacious floor plans and oversized, outdoor living rooms, we’re catering to a clear niche in the market–the end user who wants an urban home.”

PARAMOUNT Fort Lauderdale Beach, the area’s first luxury residential condominium project in over a decade, announced in May the sale of two of the project’s four penthouses. Each sold for more than $4.5 million (and over $1,200 per square foot.) They boast more than 3,770 square feet of indoor living space with two levels of spacious outdoor terraces.

Located on the top floor of the 18-story, 95-unit tower, these incomparable two-story luxury residences offer 180-degree panoramic views of the ocean, Intracoastal and downtown Fort Lauderdale.  The first level of each residence consists of 3,062 square feet of indoor living space with wrap-around terraces.  The second level private rooftop consists of 708 square feet of air-conditioned living space combined with spacious outdoor living that includes a built-in summer kitchen, private plunge pool and fire pit.

“Our penthouses provide luxury oceanfront living at its finest,” Kodsi said. “Our brand is committed to delivering premier, customized environments that beat all expectations, and no detail was spared in making these the most sought-after residences in the marketplace.”

The penthouses also include private elevator access and high ceilings as well as designer European kitchens and bathrooms complete with rain showers and spa tubs. Residences can be customized to suit the particular needs of the buyer with options ranging from four to six bedrooms and four-and-a-half to six-and-a-half bathrooms.

One penthouse is still available for purchase. The oceanfront two-story luxury residence is in the southeast corner of the building and offers 5,987 square feet of indoor living space with an additional outdoor living area that includes a built-in summer kitchen, private plunge pool and fire pit. It is listed for $9 million.

With its prime location and unbeatable amenities, more than $150 million in sales have already been made and PARAMOUNT Fort Lauderdale Beach is now 80 percent sold out.

“Demand for luxury real estate in Broward County is at an all-time high right now,” Peggy says.

“With construction well under way, Paramount Fort Lauderdale Beach will be the first project delivered in the area about one year from now. We are the only luxury residential development in the area requiring a deposit of just 30 percent, but with demand increasing and inventory decreasing, interested buyers should act now.”

Located at 701 N. Atlantic Boulevard, the building also offers a resort-style pool and cabanas, a fully-equipped gym, ground-floor restaurant and a private concierge, PARAMOUNT Attaché.

Other available residences consist of two, three and four bedrooms and range in size from 1,910 to 3,474 square feet.  Prices for those begin at $1.2 million.

Way to go, PARAMOUNT sales teams!
