100 Las Olas is reaching new heights—literally.
Set to be the tallest building in Fort Lauderdale upon completion, 100 Las Olas will be home to the city’s tallest two-story penthouse as well, called Penthouse 4603.
Slated for completion in 2019, Penthouse 4603 is selling for $5,999,000 and features 5,154 square feet, including four bedrooms, a den and four and a half bathrooms spanning the 45th and 46th floors.
The penthouse offers panoramic views of Fort Lauderdale through a 20-foot expanse of glass in the great room on level 45, and the den-loft on level 46. It is the only two-story penthouse in the building and in the downtown area.
Other features include a European-inspired kitchen, two private terraces, two walk-in closets and a spa-like bath with a dual walk-in shower. There’s also under-counter wine storage, two wet bars, oversized porcelain flooring and two laundry rooms (one on each level).
100 Las Olas will be a 499-foot, 46-level building with 113 luxury condominium residences, a full-service Hyatt Centric hotel with 238 guest rooms and 8,500 square feet of select retail and dining space.
