One of Paramount’s claims to fame is a 4-acre amenity deck 90 feet above street level. There, residents can fi nd an oversized swimming pool (one of fi ve on the property), fl oating relaxation pods, a dog walk, jogging path and a 200-foot soccer pitch. Not enough? Options include $350,000 bungalows on the amenity deck (available only to owners of regular units) and a $10.04 million penthouse.
