Downtown Miami’s Yotelpad tower topped off over the summer, and new photos show how construction has progressed since then.
Yotelpad is a 31-story residential and hotel project.
There are no parking spaces being built at all – the lower podium of the building is occupied by hotel rooms, without any garage space.
The project will have 222 hotel rooms on the lower 15 floors and 231 Yotelpad condos on the upper levels, for a total of 453 units.
All units in the project had been sold within 15 months of launching sales, according to broker Oneworld Properties.
Top off by contractor Beauchamp Construction Co. took place in June 2020, which was 16 months after groundbreaking. Foundation pour took place in August 2019.
Stantec is the architect.
Aria Development Group and Aqarat are the developers.
