Things are moving along for 100 Las Olas, which is expected to be the tallest residential tower in Fort Lauderdale once complete. The 499-foot, 46-level building 100 Las Olas is about one month ahead of schedule for its 2020 slated completion. KAST Construction is pouring the 15th floor this week.
Kolter Urban also announced this week that it closed on a $25 million construction loan from CIBC Bank for the building.
You can take a fly-through video tour of the tower in this new YouTube post, showcasing the ground level restaurant/bar and a resort-style pool. 100 Las Olas will include a Hyatt Centric hotel featuring 238 guest rooms, with high-end condos occupying levels 16-46. Prices range for the residences from $800,000 to over $2 million, plus higher-priced penthouses.
