Two buildings done in 2017, two going up in 2018

OneWorld Properties ended 2017 with a bang with the completion of PARAMOUNT Fort Lauderdale Beach. The 18-story, 95-residence oceanfront tower at 701 N. Atlantic Blvd. opened to residents in October.

“PARAMOUNT Fort Lauderdale Beach is going to redefine Fort Lauderdale luxury living, and we’re excited for our residents to experience all the development has to offer,” says OneWorld Properties President and CEO Peggy Fucci. Only two penthouses and one unit remain.

It is the first project to be delivered in a decade in downtown Fort Lauderdale Beach and the second building we closed on this year.

Brickell Ten opened in July. Developed by IB Corp. and Waterstone Capital, the 22-story tower at 1010 S.W. 2nd Ave. has 155 residences.

PARAMOUNT Miami Worldcenter downtown is on track to be topped off this summer. Crews are pouring the 36th floor of the 60-story, 500-plus-condominium signature tower.

PARAMOUNT Miami is close to 70 percent sold. Buyers hail from 50 countries.

“We have already seen an increase in momentum toward the end of 2017 — typically a time when the market slows,” says Royal Palm Cos. CEO Dan Kodsi, developer of PARAMOUNT Miami Worldcenter and PARAMOUNT Fort Lauderdale Beach. “That should carry us into a much stronger 2018.”

Also in downtown Fort Lauderdale, OneWorld is the exclusive sales agent for 100 Las Olas, being developed by The Kolter Group.

Construction began on the 46-story, 121-residence in March and is slated to be complete in fall 2019. Destined to be the tallest building in Fort Lauderdale at 499 feet, the project is expected to revitalize the Las Olas area.

In 2017, OneWorld team members visited Argentina, Brazil, China, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Russia, Spain, and Turkey.

OneWorld Properties is working on a lot of initiatives for our 10th anniversary this year. Stay tuned!
