OneWorld Properties, led by Peggy Olin, is a Florida-based full-service real estate brokerage firm offering elite services for luxury properties as well as integrated sales and marketing strategies for residential development condominium projects.

Equipped with a knowledgeable, multilingual staff, we understand international buyers and we tailor our approach to reach each particular culture. Whether it be Asia, Europe or South America, we have a phenomenal track record and manage relationships with brokers we have successfully transacted with over the years.

OneWorld Properties has successfully sold over 3,000 units, totaling over $4 billion in residential sales. Our team has dominated the international market, which accounts for 85 percent of our sales of U.S. properties, with sales to foreign buyers from over 57 different countries.

The company currently oversees a portfolio that exceeds $1 billion in active inventory throughout Florida, including pre-construction projects such as Legacy Hotel and Residences, PARAMOUNT Miami Worldcenter and YOTELPAD Miami in downtown Miami, 100 Las Olas in downtown Fort Lauderdale, and SPECTRUM+ at Reunion Resort in Orlando.

We have offices in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando and Shanghai. In March 2018, we became one of the only U.S. brokerage firms to have a permanent presence in China. We opened a full-service office in Shanghai to offer the best U.S. real estate projects and investment opportunities to the Chinese market. Following our success in Shanghai, in 2019 the company expanded to two new markets, opening offices in Beijing and Shenzhen, where we have full-time employees. We will open a full-service office in New York City by 2021.
