With foundation in place, PARAMOUNT Miami Worldcenter set to rise

The foundation is set. PARAMOUNT Miami Worldcenter will now begin to rise.

General contractor CoastalTishman completed the 30-hour foundation pour into the massive excavation hole over the weekend at NE 2nd Avenue and NE 8/9th Street in downtown Miami.

The OneWorld Properties team, the project’s exclusive brokerage, was excited to witness the milestone.

Supermix Concrete supplied the concrete from four ready-mix plants in Miami.

With an expected completion date of 2018, the signature 60-story tower will have 513 city and bay-view residences ranging in size from 1,180 to 2,350 square feet, with prices averaging $700 per square foot.

Constructed atop a portion of the Miami Worldcenter high street retail pedestrian-oriented shopping streetscape, the 700-foot tower will stand as one of the largest mixed-use buildings in the country and offer the largest amenity deck in the United States.
