WE OWE EVERYTHING
TO OUR COMMUNITY
OneWorld Properties has been able to achieve success and with utmost gratitude — and keep an eye towards the promising future ahead, therefore we believe it’s important to give back and we have always been committed to improving our neighborhoods. Through OneWorld Cares, our charitable arm, we want to celebrate our longstanding culture of community.
Throughout the years, we have partnered with two South Florida nonprofits that mean something to us, Miami Bridge and Friends of Birch State Park. Miami Bridge is Miami-Dade County’s only 24-hour emergency shelter for abused, neglected and abandoned youth ages 10-17, with campuses in central Miami and Homestead. Annually, the shelter houses more than 1,000 children and teens and counsels more than 550 families. Friends of Birch State Park works to preserve, conserve, enhance and promote the 180-acre state park at 3109 E. Sunrise Blvd. off A1A between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean. OneWorld Properties is raising awareness about Hugh Taylor Birch State Park in Fort Lauderdale to expand recreational opportunities to attract more people to the park.
In 2020 we are also proud to announce our Give 2020 initiative. As a show of our gratitude, every employee hand-selected a charity that was near and dear to their heart and OneWorld Cares made a $100 donation in the employee’s name. It’s our way of thanking them for their hard work and dedication to OneWorld Properties — because after all, we couldn’t have done it without them.
